Pre-School Staff

All of our staff are carefully selected for their genuine compassion, care and belief to nurture and provide a safe and welcoming environment for children.  They ensure each child in their care feel special, supported, loved and valued. We have a committed team of staff, some of whom have been with us since the day we opened and believe our team is what makes our nursery so successful.

Reference Checks
Before starting employment with us all staff undergo reference checks and clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau and must successfully complete a 3-month induction period.

Qualifications
Each member of staff is qualified to level 3 or above Early Years Practitioners and attends Paediatric First Aid training, Food & Hygiene, and Safeguarding Children.  We ensure this training is continually updated and refreshed and they also attend other courses relevant to their work such as Creative play and Being a Key Person.
